Personal Injury Paralegal

Previous PI Paralegal experience is essential, preferably including knowledge of the Claims Portal and DCP. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate they are a team player who is willing to work hard to meet the needs of this highly successful team, and its clients.

The team currently consists of 6 individuals (including a Partner, Senior Associate, Legal Executives, Paralegal and Secretary). The team is led by Jeremy Horton, and you will be expected to work with your colleagues, as well as independently, dealing with a range of interesting work and clients.

As a Paralegal in our Personal Injury team, you will be working alongside our four experienced senior personal injury lawyers and the team secretary on a range of exciting personal injury and industrial disease matters. Your main duties will be:

  • Handling your own small, but expanding, caseload of Fast Track/Portal claims
  • Supporting our legal advisors on a range of tasks on various larger personal injury and industrial disease cases
  • Conducting initial enquiry interviews with prospective new clients
  • Creating bundles and legal documents
